依托于基础运营商的通信能力,打造以大数据、语音、定位、线路及人工智能算力为基础的云通信AI大数据营销平台,并建立一套基于营销的云通信BOSS全业务的平台,如融合呼叫中心短号(96/95)、大数据、语音、定位及人工智能算力等能力平台。公司品牌定位于企业级信息化全方位解决方案提供商,以及基于SAAS模式的服务供应商,公司致力于为企事业提供基于融合通信的整体解决方案, 凭借不断创新的技术和服务,为客户创造价值,帮助行业、企业、政府等的运营者运用先进技术和高效管理手段在信息时代健康发展。


Leveraging the communication capabilities of basic operators, we aim to build a cloud communication AI big data marketing platform based on big data, voice, positioning, lines, and artificial intelligence computing power. Additionally, we plan to establish a full-service platform for cloud communication BOSS based on marketing, such as platforms integrating call center short codes (96/95), big data, voice, positioning, and artificial intelligence computing power. Our company is positioned as a provider of comprehensive enterprise-level information solutions and a service supplier based on the SAAS model.     电话转接、代接、监听、三方通话(会议)、强插、强拆、暂停/继续服务、软拨号等操作。

  • 知识库

    相关人员可通过知识库系统快速检索所需的资料信息或标准答案,为客户提供高效、统一、标准的服务解答;亦可通过知识库对相关人员进行培训工作。

  • 订单管理

    统一规范的订单管理系统,来电受理、派单、处理、回执、回访反馈的闭环流程,实时对业务流程所在节点和状态进行跟踪监控。

  • 客户关系管理系统(CRM)

    建立完善的客户档案,永久保存客户所有资料;营销流程可视化管理,客户批量导入、名单分配/回收、点击呼叫、预约、生日提醒、记录跟进过程直至成交
